PR Campaigns
How we get the job done...
As a Public Relations practitioner, there's a good chance a majority of your work will deal with building, launching, and evaluating wide range of events, activations and campaigns for your clients. Here are some prime examples of fantastic PR campaigns launched by some of the best in the biz!

IKEA - “Stay Home” Campaign
IKEA's goal with this campaign was to encourage people to be safe. Their Stay at Home campaign was designed to remind people that their homes are safe places. Aside from that, IKEA wanted to demonstrate that, when properly decorated, our homes can be a calming, cozy environment for the social isolation we were experiencing.

Uber: "Thank You For Not Riding" Campaign
Due to social distancing guidelines, Uber, like many other companies, had to halt services for a period of time during the lockdown. Therefore, this campaign was created to thank customers for not using their services excessively and instead staying at home. During the campaign, the company pledged to provide 10 million free rides and food deliveries to healthcare workers, senior citizens, and anyone else in need.

The Frontenac Team
Campaign to build and establish new pollinator gardens because planting native plants promotes biodiversity and aids pollinators, some of whose populations are in a massive decline. Pollinators are animals that transport pollen from one flower to another, assisting plants in producing seeds and reproducing. Important pollinators include butterflies, moths, beetles, flies, bees, wasps, and hummingbirds, as they work together to keep ecosystems healthy and functioning.

LEGO: "Empowering Through Play" Campaign
The LEGO Foundation donated 600 LEGO® MRI Scanners to hospitals worldwide to help children cope with the uncertainty of having an MRI scan. The team developed the sets as a way to help children navigate the often daunting and intimidating process of having an MRI scan. The sets are designed to help children better collaborate with clinicians and understand what the large and complex MRI machine is all about.
